Hello I knocked my left testical the other day and there's now A tiny little lump on it at the bottom of the testical. Should I be worried ?

I have a spot or a bump in my perineal area (gouch). The area between my balls and anus just to be specific. I can't really see it but its there. It doesn't hurt I just randomly felt it one time whilst I was taking a shower. I also have cut my balls whilst trimming. Its very embarrassing but I am too scared to consult a doctor in person.
