From last 6 months I am suffering from pcos my doctor suggested cysteliya 35 for 2 months my date time of this month is 29th if I did not get my periods what can I do

I am seeing bleeding from last couple of weeks, even after doing homeopathy treatment from quite a long now. Since january, i did not get any periods, in april 13th, after doing homeopathy treatment for 3 months, i got them. But initially there was minute bleeding..but starting next week i had huge bleeding with clots on thursday, then again for 2 thursdays there was good bleeding once a day and rest of the week very minimal bleeding. Now today, i am seeing heavy bleeding from oast 3 days. I am experiencing pain in legs and sometimes in stomach as well. Why is this happening? What should I do? I am consulting homeo doctor, he is saying that it is good, let the blood flush out .. is it? Please let me know.
