I am 49 my periods has been delayed by16 days . I am going for vacation on 5th to 12th getting worried periods may start suddenly !! Is there any medicine which will help in periods not starting suddenly!! Ps: My periods in the month of November 2016 was missed but from december it started and has been regular !
