I found my right scrotum having tripled its size but I had no pain because of it. At morning it is slightly small but at afternoon it's size increases. Although it's painless but if press than it hearts.

I'm a bodybuilder. I heard that testosterone supplementation will increase muscle mass. but I have also heard that it gives gynocomastia and hair loss. How can i use it safely?
