I want help my cousin who strongly believes he is gay. Is this something to do with his mind set ? Can this be rectified and bring him to normal ? This is not yet revealed to his parents .. if they come to know they will be completely shattered. I want to help him . Please help me get through this. please

Hi, my doctor consulted me for Megalis 10mg. But since it was not available at the chemist they gave me same salt medicine Forzest 20mg having (salt Tadalafil 20mg ). I took this tablet once and started feeling a slite un-easiness. After 2 days I again took a half dose of this tablet and then it all started. Severe headache + body pain + eyes pain+ samuchit upset+ cervical pain+ nerves tightening across whole body+ feeling lethargic. I took the last dose of half tablet on 10th Saturday, June and am still feeling the same though a little bit less. Please suggest what should I do?
