Before 10 week I had been unsafe exposure and within 10 day i tested  RNA PCR and 8 week  hiv antibody test both are negative but some symptoms like red spot in my tounge. So how many possibility for hiv positive.

I did hiv combo test 49 and 65 days of after the exposure. The result is conclusive or further need any test.
