I had done my HIV Elisa test after 11 weeks and it came non reactive, but I still feeling dizziness. As some websites are saying that a 12 week test is to be conclusive. Please tell me Whether I have to undergo other test after 12 weeks.

From last one year i have a discomfort feeling on left side of my throat ,ent doc gave me antibiotics but it didnt work ,my ent said my left tonsil may have infection and i should go for a surgery to remove tonsil ..i neglected his advice ..this week ive tested for stds and found out that my herpes igg test is positive and igm is negative ..what should i do next
