Small bumps on strotum/ball sack
There are some small bumpy pimples which have grown on the sack and has been there since three years now. Initially they were very small and wasn't an issue, now they are visible and the skin is itchy. It is not painful on its own but cab be if you try to burst it. Is this something serious? I'm thinking it might be genital warts from searching online of similar pictures. Some say it can also be HPV or prostate cancer. Can someone tell me what it could possibly be? Picture is attached.

It's not cancer. Some kind of infection. Mostly genital warts or hpv. However consultation from a dermatologist would be the best for you.
