Small pimple kind of thing on scrotum
Few days back I noticed a small pimple kind of thing on my scrotum sack. Generally there is no pain but if pressed it hurts a bit. I never had any physical contact. I maintain hygiene and regularly clean my parts. Kindly assist.

The way you describe it seems to be sebeceous cyst of scrotum. Nothing to worry. See a surgeon or urologist.
