How can they say I have varicocele if there is no reflux on valsalva manure, please do post an answer

I got small swollen on my scrotum. It feels hard from inside like lump. It was paining as it was getting pressed between my leg, so I pressed and removed the pus. Now I see white color skin and am not able to walk with close legs( I have to spread my legs little bit while walking). What's wrong and what should I do?

I'm suffering from Ed I just realised. I am concluding that it could be because prolonged sitting in a cramped up chair where there is no leg room and also wearing tight jeans for 19 hours a day. I want to be sure of the reason. As I have no other causative factors, not that I know of. It'd be of help if you could tell me can excessive heat produced from the cramped up sitting, tight jeans and environment lead to Ed? I live in Ahmedabad the temp here touches 50°C

1 month ago i had bleeding and severe pain while passing stools but from the next day there was no blood but unbearable pain. Gone to doctor who said that it was fissure and to confirm it i took second opinion of another doctor who confirmed the same. Since 3 weeks I'm taking prescribed medicines. The pain is almost gone but sometimes skin comes out from start of the anus and after some time it automatically goes in and comes out again after sometime. When the skin is inside anus there is no pain but when it comes out it slightly pains and itches a lot. Also doing sitz bath 4 times a day. What should I do to make the skin coming of anus completely go? Is it piles or fissure or both?

I have tested pcr rna @16 days negative, 5.2, 6.2,6.5,7.5weeks mark hiv 4th Gen test came back non reactive.. But yesterday have seen blood in my stools could be hiv? Is 54 days hiv 4th gen test conclusive or not?

I had a test done for gonorhia which came back positive. I also had a test done for HIV but my medical records don't say whether I'm positive or not. The gonorhia is long gone and I dont have any HIV symptoms but would my doctor or results would of said anything if it was negative? I was tested almost a year ago.

Have problems with lactating need help. May be I have problems with proper milk supply and I tried all suggestions and I see less improvement
