Hi dr i am not getting my periods for last 2 months i ahve taken maperate 10 mg tab for 5 day my dose was on 8.6.18 and today is 14.6.18 till now i don't get my period why i am not getting my periods please help

9 months back I was diagnosed with epidymo orchitis and it wasnt cured in 3 months so I went to another doctor he told me to take a scan they said bilateral epidymo orchitis, and I took treatment but still no cure, so I let it be, then I went to another doctor took another usg, the usg said no sign of swelling or anything and no reflux on valsalva manuere and they still said it's a bilateral mild varicocele, I have occasional pains while I sit long or ride motor bikes. Kindly tell me is it possible to have a varicocele without valsalva manuere reflux and the previous doctors could have mistaken varicocele for epidymoorchitis,

I have only single testies .. wen my age is 13 0r 14 .. one of my testies get big ... But doctors told .. we ll cure in injections only .. but after some 2 weeks ... No results came .. afterwards they plan for operation .. they did ... In one year suddendly decreasing in my testies.. now I have only one testies ... I read about this in internet about testies ... I have a light brown colored growth near the base of my scotum,it is not on my scrotum.I have no clue if it is skin cancer considering I believe I remember it being flat now it is raised.Or if this is just a simple genital wart.I do not get symptoms of genital warts other that itchiness however that is common it is very circular,It is also bumpy.There seems to be a small line skin level or below the skin that is visble. There is a thin divide partways down but not to skin level.
