Any good and permanent ayurvedic medicine for erectile dysfunction which makes pennies harder for an hour

I am 21 Y male, I always feel fatigue throughout the day, I went through thyroid checkup and it was normal. Also I only have little soft facial hairs only on chin. So I met an endocrinologist and he have suggested some tests, after that he went on leave so I couldn't meet him again. Here are the test results: LH- 1.9 mIU/mL FSH- 1.5 mU/mL Testosterone- 254.3 ng/dl Cortisol- 19.66 micro gram/dl (morning time) Other tests like plasma glucose, RFT, LFT, serum calcium, vit B12 was normal. Please suggest something.

Waiting for 3 months now hiv non reactive. CBC done normal except zero monocytes. Can it indicate hiv infection. Please help
