I slept with someone positive for chlamydia then slept with someone clean the next day, would it spread to them that fast?

Yes, it is possible. Pl advise all the concerned (incl yourself) to get tested and treated for Chlamydia infection. Pl note that it may take some time for any symptoms to appear. Some people do not develop symptoms at all. Therefore proper tests are needed to detect/rule out the infection
