Penile discharge (chlamydia/gonorrhea)

Suffering from penile discharge. What foods should I avoid. Can I work out in the gym. Having watery penile discharge but no other symtoms like pain and burning sensation while urinating. Reason? Can I get married to my wife and have kids? Will this std bacteria (chlamydia and gonorrhea) reinfect me. Will I ever live tension free. Plz help me.
