I have been married for 2 years & I have not had sex with my husband coz fear of pain. He too did not insist me much about it. Now we have taken this concern & had visited a lady gynecologist to clarify about fear. For over a week now we are trying to have sex, we are unable to succeed in having intercourse as I find my husband having no proper erection. He do not smoke or drink. Diet is vegetarian except that he takes egg occasionally. Is it advisable for any medication?Please advise what to do

Hi, my husband is diagonsed with CBAVD, so we have opted for IVF-ICSI for pregnancy. However after PESA procedure, doctor said that his sperms are not able to fertilise the eggs due to poor quality and the same happens. Is there any medication or procedure to improve the quality of the sperms, so that they can fertilise the eggs?

I put toothpaste on my penis for about 20 minutes 1 month ago. It hurt, so I washed it off. The day after, the head of my penis started shedding skin--I'm not sure from my penis head or foreskin. Anyway, it stopped after that, but ever since, the head of my penis has been textured/cracked/dry--whereas it used to be smooth (uncircumcised). Also, the skin around my penis is more wrinkly. Later, I read that toothpaste contains harsh chemicals like baking soda and hydrogen peroxide that can irritate, dry out, and even burn skin. I hoped the penis would have healed by now, but now I am worried. See pictures. What should I do?
