I have been suffering from dull intermittent pain beneath the foreskin of my penis. After urinating, I noticed a tiny lump like structure that is V shaped and looks like a vein but in black colour. Should I be worried?

I think I have a small penis. It can be because I have foreskin still intact . Also I have some white dots on the lower side of penis . Going toward the testicle area . Please suggest some treatment regarding it .

In recent (7-8)days I have observed itchiness, rashes, blisters and pimples in crotch area / inner thighs . I have been applying anti fungi powder twice since 2 days and was using antiseptic before this. But things are not going good. I am worried about my health. I would like to know whether after using dis medicine will there be any effect on my sperm?
