I slept with a guy yesterday for the first time & it went well, but this morning he sent me a picture of a rash on his groin consisting of small, unraised red dots & slight bruising underneath. It’s not very big, & it has a couple raised pink dots surrounding it. He is the second person I’ve slept with, & the first person I slept with was also a virgin; I’m sure I couldn’t have gotten any STIs or STDs. He has slept with multiple other people, but this rash showed up last night. What could it be?
