Hi, my husband is diagonsed with CBAVD, so we have opted for IVF-ICSI for pregnancy. However after PESA procedure, doctor said that his sperms are not able to fertilise the eggs due to poor quality and the same happens.
Is there any medication or procedure to improve the quality of the sperms, so that they can fertilise the eggs?

Hi Practo user,
Yes. In Ayurveda there is a purification procedure popularly known as Panchakarma therapy. After this therapy and medications there is possibility to produce healthy sperms. For details you should consult personally.
