My wife has taken misoprostal tablet on 8 august 11.30 pm  and mifeprostrone she had taken on 10 august 9.30 and 2 misoprostal tablet on 11 morning 10 am  but up to now she did not get the menstrural time is it any thing problem and she did not get any back pain or stomach pain also. Is it true that hiv window period may go from 2 months to 20 years... I have tested after exposure with CSW @6weeks,@12weeks hiv iv generation test non reactive.. After that tested @16weeks 3rd generation hiv 1&2 elisa test came back non reactive is it conclusive? One doctor told mehiv go from 2months to 20yrs I have to get immune therapy so that I will not transfer to family... Please help me I am confused now..

Hi  I am Raju 28 years old I got HIV  positive with Trydot method. For confirmation of HIV went for CD4 count and viral load which has below results,    CD 4 Count is 455 and viral load is undectectable,  as per dactor suggestions further checked with western blot method and  result is positive. Can please guide me I  am totally confusion with below questions  1. Is am really affected with HIV. 2. Can I start ART treatment. 3. What is my life expectancy  with ART treatment. 4 I don't have habbit of smoking, drug taking but taking alcohol occasionally. 5. At present my health is  very well and not having any HIV symptoms. 6.i am not married and can i marry HIV negative person. 7. If I am really affected with HIV how long back it affected me. 8.What I have to do now.  Sir please help me I am totally confusing with above questions.

Hi doctor. For the past 2 months, I have not been able to get proper hard on at all. We have been trying to conceive since 3 months but this new found problem has completely taken me by surprise.
