I want to know what test should I undergo for detection of STD ? I especially want to know about hepatitis and other STD relates tests.

I am 51 year old and have got this condition called paraphimosis. It is a painful condition for me. The pain is slightly unbearable. Is surgery the only treatment for paraphimosis? Will it be cured by only medication and applications? Will it be completely cured? What is the alternate to surgery for treating paraphimosis?

I've got paraphimosis yesterday and today ive tried to get my skin back to position and it worked,the skin came back to its original position and I feel normal . After 34 days exposure hiv combo( Ag/ab) test nagative(0.211) non reactive..after 35 days hiv rna pcr test is nagative(target not found).. after 41 days hiv pcr rna pcr test ( target is below the detection level) ( target od low) can be conclusive?? I am worried about my hiv status? Please help me
