After more than 2 years of my last exposure i did 3'rd and 4'th generation hiv test , hepatitis B , chlamydia IGm , TPHA (syphilis) , all were negative and i dont have any symptoms so should i feel free or should i do other tests if needed ?

VDRL, RPR, TPHA . What is the difference between those tests all of them are detecting syphilis i did TPHA test after more than 2 years of my last exposure it wasn't detected it was negative so does that mean i dont have syphils or should i do the other tests VDRL OR RPR ?
