I have been prescribed meftal forte for stomach pain. But my periods are getting delayed and have started. Is the issue due to meftal forte?

Hiv pcr rna test negative after 15 days...hiv duo combo test negative after 40,70,90,120 $180 days negative.. Hiv western blot test also negative after 180 days...In ICTC Also negative after 180 days... Std full panel negative...I had rashes from 1st week of exposure and still they are coming and going in a week...They are not icthy... Does this are symptoms of hiv or what... Plz help me..
