FOR TEST : "Screening Test For HIV I & II Ag/Ab & p24 Ag" got Test value ".110" , Units : "S/CO" and Result: "Non-Reactive" And my friend got Test Value as ".090" So does that mean I more prone to HIV than my friend?? And with .110 am I developing any kind of HIV signs . ? is test value ".110" relative way big than test value: ".090" ??

Hai sir, i went one lab to take blood test.. That lab technician is not using a new needles in front of me and from that day to till day my hand arm is burning sensation, swelling sir.. This happen last year november month now 6 month completed i take my hiv elisa test result is negative.. My quest is supposed he used that old needles means this after 6months hiv elisa test detect or not detect or need more test to confirm???
