Hi sir/madam I had open varicocele surgery in April month. I still feel some pain and sometime swelling also if I sit for some long time or if I travel. Had developed sore throat and lymph nodes under armpit. Doctor advised for Mantoux test. Whose result was positive (12*12) redness. Other TLC, DLC, ESR reports are perfectly normal. In the youtube some videos say, Mantoux Test can indicate HIV. Can Mantoux be indicative of HIV?

I have had weight loss(muscle loss) ,fever when i wake up, loss of appetite, malaise, severe fatigue, dry mouth, diaherrea like stools with foul smell, nausea when i wake up ,weakness, mild headaches sometimes for three months. now i feel like i am developing aids related dementia. My exposure was 8 years back. I have three negative tests which i took in the time period of these three months. Tridot , western blot and pcr hiv 1. All are negative.
