I am 28 years old Male. I am having a condition called Phimosis. I have not suffered with any problems due to this condition so far. But it is embarrassing and seems very unusual because I am 28 years old and I have never outgrown phimosis till now and this is the reason why it concerns me. Can anyone please tell me if I can get rid of this condition without any surgery?

I just discovered I have condition called phimosis and short frenelum I think ,I don't want surgery now because I am 18 now ,can I have any other options available

Say after more than 5 years of exposure i got tested. Negative rapid antibody , negative western blot, negative hiv 1 rna pcr. If the person still has symptoms for more than 3 months, what other test would you recommend?
