Why are my symptoms persisting?
I have had weight loss(muscle loss) ,fever when i wake up, loss of appetite, malaise, severe fatigue, dry mouth, diaherrea like stools with foul smell, nausea when i wake up ,weakness, mild headaches sometimes for three months. now i feel like i am developing aids related dementia. My exposure was 8 years back. I have three negative tests which i took in the time period of these three months. Tridot , western blot and pcr hiv 1. All are negative. I saw two renowned doctors who give me tablets but my condition isnt improving. I have vertigo and vision problems. I had my retina examined by a eye surgeon who said my retina is fine and i dont have cmv. What else could be causing all these symptoms if its not HIV. ?
