I have a weird habit of sometimes fingering my anus hole either for self pleasure or out of habit. So if I had small traces of blood contained in food from eating outside and it managed to get under my finger nails from the food and later after 1/2 hour if I use the same finger to finger my anus and  it gets in contact with my rectal fluids then can that blood(not mine) under my finger nail infect me from HIV after coming in contact with my rectal region?

Blood test person came to my house and took blood through syringe, I forgot to check if if was new . I am afraid of viral infection like hiv
