Plz suggest testosterone capsules.. Can i take cernos capsules??? My testosterone level gadually decreases... All symptoms of low level testosterone are present. Please help me...

I have a weird habit of sometimes fingering my anus hole either for self pleasure or out of habit. So if I had small traces of blood contained in food from eating outside and it managed to get under my finger nails from the food and later after 1/2 hour if I use the same finger to finger my anus and  it gets in contact with my rectal fluids then can that blood(not mine) under my finger nail infect me from HIV after coming in contact with my rectal region?
