Hello sir is hiv western blot combined with hiv 4 generation test at 4 month from exposure is surely conclusive or not?i have been to 3-4 doctors as I am having multiple skin and scalp infection after 2-3 month from exposure, but doctor said it is not related to hiv but 1 doctor told me that hiv is possible and do test after 1 year, so I am terrified .

Is 24 weeks hiv negative conclusive? Provide negative on 6,8,12 weeks .do I need to reetest or this is conclusive
