Hi All, After taking femistra anastrozole for 1 month every alternate day and after that evry 15th day my estrogen lev increased again. Can you please suggest the solution. How to stop this re occurrence. Regards Pulak

I have a weird habit of sometimes fingering my anus hole either for self pleasure or out of habit. So if I had small traces of blood contained in food from eating outside and it managed to get under my finger nails from the food and later after 1/2 hour if I use the same finger to finger my anus and  it gets in contact with my rectal fluids then can that blood(not mine) under my finger nail infect me from HIV after coming in contact with my rectal region?
