Is hiv rapid test after 6 months of exposure is conclusive sir?? Or which test can I do for it to be conclusive?

Hi I am 30 year old male, we are trying for a baby since 3 months. My weight is 74KG and height is 5.8, I don't have any medical issue and I am not taking any medication. But 3 years ago I underwent surgery 2 times for tibia fracture and I was given anesthesia for surgery. I was on rest for 3 months after this surgery. Do I need any consulting or medication to get baby ?

Hi Doctor(s), I did the following tests. HIV Antibody at 63 days - Negative HIV RNA PCR Quantitative at 69 days - Not detected HIV 4th Gen Ab/Ag at 86 days - 0.236 Non Reactive Are they conclusive? Please help in clarifying. Thank you
