I have done hiv rna pcr test after 4th week of exposure.Its negative do I need to repeat the test and how accurate is the result

A week ago, i started growing a small lump on my scrotum which later turned into a sore which looks like a mouth ulcer. And while fluid is being generated out of it. This is the second time it has happened in the last one year, but last time i thought it might be a small infection and just waited till it healed itself. Now it burns a lot and is some what painful.
