Got a small cut in scrotum like .02mm just like a pin hole it bleed for sec and stopped and it healed no pain no swelling and redness what is my question is does it have something do with ED coz I can't get hard enough like past any suggestions plz

Question: I was taking nasal allergy medication when I under went Elisa test. Does nasal allergy medication affects the Elisa test result? Or Is it conclusive? Please help me.

Dear doctors, I had HIV duo (fourth generation serum CMIA) blood test after 76 day of exposure. The result was non reactive ( less than 1). The test was done from metropolis.
