I have been advised L Arginine granules 3 gm daily. What is the best time to take it and can i take it for 1 month. Does its prolonged use has adverse effects

I had a in April month white colour thick areas in penile head and shaft. I consulted a doctor he said that is a penile yeast infection. He gave to me itraconazole 200mg tablet once a day for 14 days and clotrimazole 1% for 3times daily. When i do 7days i get cure and after another 7 days i stop getting medicines. Today i saw same like white area came came area but size is small( now almost 3 month after get 1st infection). What i need to do. Shall i repeat the same medicine with more longer than earlier or could you please give me a ln advice. Now im work in Bangladesh and very difficult to see doctor. Because of recurrence im so frustrated and please help me on this...

I took hiv 1 rna pcr quantitative test after 29 days and result is less than 66.9 copies /ml. What the results mean? I also took hiv 1 and 2 eclia antibody test at 63th day it's negative? Do I need to retest again?

RPR 1:1 TPHA 1:2560 Doctor prescribed me antibiotics orally and injections which are alternative to penicillin. I have finished the Antibiotics course. I wanted to know whether I am positive to neurosyphilis also. I am afraid of lumbar puncture. Is there any blood test which detects neurosyphilis. Searching a doctor for neuro syphilis in Mumbai. Doctor please help me I am not getting any doctor in Mumbai for the neurosyphilis.

Hi i did Hiv 1 Rna pcr after 27 days of exposure which is negative. But i had symptoms like sore throat, and diarrhoea after 21 days. Can i think i am hiv negative ?
