Does the onset of mynoclonic jerks (and insomnia caused by it) after treatment of secondary syphilis (less than 1 year) mean that the person has neurosyphilis? No other neurological symptom. Is this normal in secondary syphilis treatment?

My report is attached here plz suggest me best treatment for this problem. Right now I am taking divery .10 mg tablets from 4 days so that I get periods but still I am not getting my periods.
