Done pregnecy test after 14 days of missed period and it is showing negative. Normaly cycle is 28 days but today is the 46th day. Done test on 41st day and it is negative. Any explanatikns?

I just tested last week . Reports come Chlamydia.      0.16 Hsv 1 +2 igM   0.54 Hsv 1+2 igG     0.50 HIV 1 /2           0.05 ( is that will be positive automatically after some time ?) All reports are -tve Is that possible that any reports will be positive after few months. If yes that what is the best way to stop all this. Even i had some sore in mouth and pimples on face.

I have recently checked my testrone level and it is 394.56ng/dl.. i want to ask is it suffcient for body for male or it should be increase.
