Hello ... my question is that, I'm feeling dizzy throughout the day .I get relief from dizziness when I take Primoult N tablet . But once the effect of tablet subside , I again get dizzy feeling ... what's wrong with me .. I'm feeling dizzy since last 10 days .what can be the diagnosis

I have a 8 year old son who is autistic. Now I am remarried and trying to conceive again. My first child was conceived after 1 cycle of clomid. Now I have had 3 failed cycles of letrozole. This cycle I took letrozole and had iui. Want to confirm- 1. Why I am not able to conceive. 2. Can iui work form me 3. Are there any chances of being my other child autistic.? 4. This is my test result with my first morning urine.What does this mean?I have missed my periods and it has been 17days since then.I wanted to confirm,so I did the test.

My girlfriend had a morning after pill during her previous menstrual cycle, she had her period 6days early(on 28dec,2020 morning) ..on the next cycle..she still haven't had her periods..today is 31st jan 2021, roughly 4days past her date..is this because of the pill??when to expect her next period?? P.S.: She sometimes has late periods.
