I am having erectile dysfunction. Is this curable. If yes, what process shall I follow. Which doctors shall I connect to. How much time does it take to be cured.

I was vaccinated by a contaminated needle on 19th October 2020 at government hospital. I went for HIV test at ICTC centre in my city and they used COMB AIDS kit for the testing purpose. My test result on the 140th day from the date of getting vaccinated by contaminated needle was negative. Is this result after 139 days conclusive and confirmatory?

I had taken ipill thrice in a month, for how long would It disrupt my cycle, like I took it in January then didnt have periods in Feb had in March,April,may and again now in June I didn't have the full flow just the light spotting. So could this spotting be due to the ipill effect? And if it is what should I do to correct it? I know it was wrong on my part to consume them like that.
