Should I need to stop my medicine (primoluton and myo inositol ) for having vaccine or can I continue my medicine and take injection

Red rashes and itching on forskin from last 1 one month. After washing with dettol water it clear but after some days it appears again.

Hi, i have been vaccinated early this week with Covishield, For First Two Days after Vaccination i had no Reaction or any Symptoms of post vaccination but after two days of vaccination i developed on and off fever of 100 F and now a bit of weakness. I have been facing spotting of bloods with white discharge in between period. Though there is no problem in irregularities of periods but a week after period for just 1-2day I face white discharge with blood spotting with a little cramps. It doesn't take place always but at a morning time or at night after a long from office. My period also starts first with brown discharge and then blood flows and its last normal for 3-4daya or 5 sometimes.
