Hi, my relative who is 30 years old started having Folic Acid tablets (Ferikind) since last 3-4 days. Since then she is having an issue of black stool, is it due to the tablet intake or it's something else. Is it a matter of concern. Kindly advice. Thanks

Can someone suggest any medicine for instant relief from Period Cramp would be a great help? I do have meftel whenever I have cramps but it's not that effective 😔 P.S.: No cyst/No pcod/no pcos/no gync complications, hence just need something for instant relief from the cramp in day 1 itself, so that no pain would be there from next day onwards!!
