What could be the reason for the lower part of my pelvic to pain. The left side of it. Is it normal or something threatening

Age around 41years but facing issue on pre ejuculation and erectile dyfunction. Sometime it works , something it does not workb

I am complete family dedicated person. Single son of my parents nd single brother of my six sisters. Before marriage they took my each activity in normal manner. After marriage on 8 may,my family member behaving me like outsider. Like "tu jane ya teri madam jane, jo iccha ho so karo "my marriage was totally arranged on mutual consent of both family. I m stressed.i was very close towards my mother, but in current sitution, she knows me well, but now when i tried to talk about this, she blamed me, tera rabaiiya hamare prti badal gaya hai,but in actual nothing like this. Can someone suggest any medicine for instant relief from Period Cramp would be a great help? I do have meftel whenever I have cramps but it's not that effective 😔 P.S.: No cyst/No pcod/no pcos/no gync complications, hence just need something for instant relief from the cramp in day 1 itself, so that no pain would be there from next day onwards!!
