Hello doctors I wanted to ask whether ipill Is effective on ovulation day and post ovulation days if consumed within 48hours.

My doctor has prescribed me a tablet called Capsule Nano Leo. He mentioned strength as 40/1500/3/10/3mg. Since this medicine is not available in drug stores near me I have tried to order in online pharmacies and there I can see the tablet mentioned as Nano Leo Capsule with Ingredient - GINKGO BILOBA 20 MG+L ARGININE 500 mg+mucuna pruriens 20 MG+tribulus terrestris 200 mg+YOHIMBE BARK EXTRACT 1 mg+Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate 10 MG Is this the same which my doctor prescribed. I'm little confused with the mg and dosage. Please advise and confirm on this.

Took an Ipill on the 9th(4th July) day of my cycle. Started bleeding on the 19th day (13th July) of the cycle. Is this withdrawal bleeding? When should I expect my next period? The original expected date ( 23rd july) or the withdrawal date (13th August). Kindly help out.
