I am complete family dedicated person. Single son of my parents nd single brother of my six sisters. Before marriage they took my each activity in normal manner. Can someone suggest any medicine for instant relief from Period Cramp would be a great help? I do have meftel whenever I have cramps but it's not that effective 😔 P.S.: No cyst/No pcod/no pcos/no gync complications, hence just need something for instant relief from the cramp in day 1 itself, so that no pain would be there from next day onwards!!
