Im married and I had miscarriage of 6 weeks after that I did torch test in that I got cmv igg positive and hsv igg and igm positive.. My gynecologist gave me 15 days course tablets after that I again did the test I got negative for hsv igm.. What does this all mean???

Sir I went  for a herpes test my reports are attached above sir it is postive but value is low , it can be recoverd by medicines are its a life time diseases and increased day by day my igg value is 1.11 and igm value is .89.
