Recently i have diagnosed with high blood pressure, Doctor have advised me to take cilacar 5 in morning and telefix 10 in evening. After taking Medicine i have average blood pressure 136/84. I am also a patient of erectile dysfunction, previously i was using megalis 10 to resolve the issue when require but not regularly as per doctor's advice. Now in this scenario my question is can i use megalis 10 sometime  just like before.

I did torch test in that I got cmv igg positive and hsv igg and igm positive.. My in laws are saying even if they touch me they will get it.. They are saying I can't live a normal and happy life.. They are saying so many bad things that I'm getting in depression and anxiety my headache is continuously paining bcz I'm crying continuously..
