My friend had a man to man exposure in oct 2021..All sti test Hiv by Western blot and PCR and Elisa negative after 3 months..Hbsag, hcv , hpv, Gonnehera PCR, chalymida PCR from urine after 6 months...but suffering  hips muscle loss and proctitis and groin sweating and white  patches on the side of tongue...pls suggest the treatment...Their is any choice of Rectal lymphogranumulo verenem... He is in confusion state...plz suggest the treatment and necessary testing.

Sir I took 2 4 th generation test one after 16 days of exposure and 2nd after 33 days of exposure both came non reactive and I was about to take another confirmatory test after 45 days but recently I took tetanus vaccine so I have a concern that It may or may not affect my test results ?
