Hi, Could you please tell me the recommended use of Tadalafil tablets. I already know that it shouldn't be taken more than once a day. Can i occasionally take it once a month. Will it cause any side effects if i take it just once in a month? Thank you

My friend had a man to man exposure in oct 2021..All sti test Hiv by Western blot and PCR and Elisa negative after 3 months..Hbsag, hcv , hpv, Gonnehera PCR, chalymida PCR from urine after 6 months...but suffering  hips muscle loss and proctitis and groin sweating and white  patches on the side of tongue...pls suggest the treatment...Their is any choice of Rectal lymphogranumulo verenem... He is in confusion state...plz suggest the treatment and necessary testing.
