18 days from the exposure herpes igm test .43 value is , is confirmatory or re test is required if required then how many days after

Did Hiv combo test (CMIA method) at 82th day with a value at 0.20'  later did a second  same HIV combo at 110th day & value was at 0.41'  My wife also did both of these tests with 0.19 in both tests.Why did the values increase in my case? As all 4 tests were done from same lab

My friend had a man to man exposure in oct 2021..All sti test Hiv by Western blot and PCR and Elisa negative after 3 months..Hbsag, hcv , hpv, Gonnehera PCR, chalymida PCR from urine after 6 months...but suffering  hips muscle loss and proctitis and groin sweating and white  patches on the side of tongue...pls suggest the treatment...Their is any choice of Rectal lymphogranumulo verenem... He is in confusion state...plz suggest the treatment and necessary testing.
