I am trying from last 2yrs have done 4iui attempts but not succes Dr suggested me to do hysterolaproscopy for future treatment but thought of taking break from medicine please doctors help me I get periods on time when to do relation please help

Last three months am getting periods two times a month and also in between mild brownish color spottings are there about 5 to 7days after periods..

I am a student. I am facing problem with my periods. from last 3 months bleeding during periods is very low. color of my period is dark red or some days brown. On seventeen jan I feel body pain , cold,headech & weakns.all reports of blood & urine are normal. before fifteen days SGPT was fifty four & my fiver was one zero two but now its SGPT IS NINETEEN .HEMO TenRBC wbc all normal.so pls tell me why do I feel the above mentioned problems? I have never had more than 2-3 day delay in my periods since i was 14 and this month i am already 1 week late. Can this be a ovary issue?Their were no other symptoms.
