I have a very bad cough and cold. Its dry cough and can feel it when I breathe. I am an asthma patient from my childhood days. Continuous pain in the head. Continuous coughing is happening. Is there any remedy for this?

Hi, I have itchy throat and sometimes ear pain from 2 days. Don't have any fever, cold, can taste & smell properly. Wet Cough comes 2-3 times. I gargled with Salt water + took Grillinctus syrup twice a day. But still I feel itchy + ear pain. Normally In cold & rainy whether I get this & goes in 2-3 days. But this time it's not going. Kindly suggest for further treatment.

I have semen leakage all the time with some pain below the penis and in side by as well. After intercourse i feel a pain in the balls. And find difficult to move some times due to pain.major issue sounds to be the leakage all the time

I used to get headaches in right temple i thought it was migrane i was suggested to get a MRI done it showed sinusitis i started steam regularly and started getting cloty green nasal drips and then it was over for sometime but i started getting cough and thin nose drips which i can feel dripping from nose to throat specially at night its beeen month or two my cough is not getting any better its dry and sometimes wet i have taken alot of medication antibiotics steams cough syrups home remedies nothing is helping with my cough and postnasal drip i am very much worried

Hi Doctor My son is 4 years old and he is having dry cough mostly during sleep with some nose blockage and after waking up for an hour, he coughs occassionally He is playful throughout the day and gets cough only when he is physically very active or talks too much Im not giving him any medication as the cough isn't that much Please advice what should I be doing to control his cough
