My 3 yr old son i having clold since 2 days.nose is blocked but not runny.also throatache.since yesterday he is having wet cough.his voice is also changed.pls tell can i give cherrycof syrup for wet cough? Or advice which medicines to give ? His wt is 15.8kgs. Thank you

Hi Dr. My son is 6 months old and getting the above symptoms for last 2 days. We have used nasal saline drops to clear his nose and using Vicks Baby rub balm.  But he is getting cough with mucous. For fever we gave him 2 ml of paediatric paracetamol. His fever is under control. But now getting continuous cough n cold. Pls suggest medication. Thanks

My kid is 2.7 years old and is weighing 10kg. Doctor had prescribed koforil ls. But here koforil ls is not available and we were given ascoril ls junior. What should be the dosage of ascoril ls junior syrup?

Suffering from wet caugh 2-3 times in every year, one time cough 30 to 45 days.

From 2nd week of may cough started. I can't simply sit for five minutes, cough starts. Evening and nite it will be more. Apart from this I stopped outside food, fried food, cold items and sweet. From this cough I can't eat anything. Not like having trouble while eating, if i get hungry not much i can eat. Three times a day same problem. I started loosing my weight like anything. Now I hate any food, including my favourite foods. I have to eat forcefully after some spoons, I feel like I'm full, I can't eat like three to four spoons. And one extra problem is body temperature. I can't maintain temperature constant. When i have my food, and went outside if it is hot, I'll sweat like anything. If I'm at office in centralised A/C i feel like hot, when I enter like I'll not get sweat, after sometimes I feel like cold. My body starts to shivering. And when it is in room temperature it's like hell, I got fever like feeling. No use of local doctors, help me......plz

Hello Doctor, My daughters are suffering from cough (wet)and cold since 4 days. I gave them Relent plus syrup for 3 days. My elder daughter is 7 and half year old I gave her 5ml of syrup and younger one is 4 and half year old and I gave her 3ml of the syrup for twice a day for 3 days. Still they have cough, I don't want to give them Antibiotics. Kindly suggest..
