Can anyone tell me that whether problem of rectal Prolapse can cause rejection in armed forces medical. In medical they will check only for piles by looking anus through torch and ask me to cough. While doing so my rectum does not Prolapse and only moves a bit while coughing.

Hi Dr, i had been covid positive in august end...during the isolation period i felt a lump of cough in my throat..post isolation i had covid pnemonia which got cured within few days but that lump like cough hasn't gone since last 2 months. For the past one and a half months I am coughing up thick mucus with several black particles in it everyday. The white particles appear gray in white torchlight had checked to see whether red or not. No problem except occasional cough and throat clearing. No fever. Non smoker. Currently on no medication. Had taken antibiotics but did not help. Please suggest medications.
