My son has cough since last 3-4 days. I am unable to decide if it's dry cough or wet. He is on viscodyne d thrice a day. Now on third day her has fever 100.5. Gave Crocin 240 3.5 ml. Please suggest what needs to be done. Shoul I start novo 125mg ? Can I nebulise with duolin restyled along with viscodyne d Please help
